From 6th November 2018 we are changing the format of our Tuesday evening service. The evening will consist of facilitated themed group work and a 10 minute 1:1 CBT focussed session with a trained Recovery Support Worker, to work with you towards your recovery.
The attendees will first be asked to ‘tune-in’, then focus on a question or statement to better understand how anxiety impacts on their thought processes and actions. After a comfort break we will have 2 minutes of mindful focus followed by another theme.
The 1:1 sessions will take place throughout the evening.
Doors open at 6.30, for a 7pm start and the Group finishes at 8.45pm.
Anyone over 18 is welcome. No referral is necessary.
